We haven’t got the points we wanted, but there’s still a lot of games to be played, and the mood is still good in the camp.”Achievements in recent seasons have meant that expectations are high for the Villans to be competing at the top end of the Premier League table, having qualified for European football four season running. Lindelöf views this pressure and expectation as a privilege, and believes it will bring the best out of he and his teammates. The Sweden captain added: “The pressure and the responsibility should always be there, and we always want to go into every single game with the mentality of trying to win the game. That shouldn’t change, and I think that’s a good thing to have as well. “We have been performing well, and it means people are looking at us as a good team that should be competing every single week and trying to be at the top and winning games. “I think that’s a good thing for this club and for this squad as well.”
