How we decide
Refunds consider consumed service, remaining term, provider rules, and applicable law without unreasonable barriers.
Refund if missed
A qualifying single-pick purchase is credited to the account balance for the exact amount paid after an official missed settlement. It is not returned through Alipay; pushes and voids do not qualify.
Entitlement changes
A successful refund revokes or shortens access while required financial records remain.
