'No abnormalities whatsoever': Borussia Dortmund provide positive update on Konstantinos Karetsas
Having been forced out of Tuesday's UEFA Champions League clash with Villarreal due to circulatory problems and subsequently missing Borussia Dortmund's 3-0 win over Paderborn on Matchday 3, Konstantinos Karetsas has been given the all clear to return to training.

The 18-year-old Greece international, who joined BVB from Genk in the summer, was making his fifth appearance for the club in the meeting with Villarreal, but was carried off on a stretcher in the 27th minute, before being transported to hospital.
Dortmund have now provided a positive update on on Karetsas' well-being. "We really put him through his paces for three days," said BVB's managing director for sport, Lars Ricken. "No abnormalities whatsoever," was the result of those rigorous tests.
