The last eight of the Sky Sports Cup awaits Celtic FC Women, who booked their place in the quarter-finals on Sunday. Running out 1-0 winners over Spartans, Grant Scott's side maintained their unbeaten start to the season with another home win. It was Casey Howe's goal which separated the two sides, with the winger scoring her second strike for the Hoops since joining in the summer. There were also a number of positives on the day, with Academy youngster Freya McIndoe, whilst Shannon McGregor made a return from injury off the bench.
