Alan Shearer's Team of the Week for Matchweek 4

Premier League record goalscorer Alan Shearer has named his Team of the Week for Matchweek 4, with Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Pascal Gross earning a place after an outstanding display.

Gross played a starring role in Brighton’s 5-0 victory away at Coventry City. He provided the assist for the opener, confidently converted a penalty and then set up Yasin Ayari to complete the rout, while Seagulls head coach Fabian Hurzeler has been named as the manager of the team.

Shearer also selected three Arsenal players following their impressive 2-0 win at Sunderland. Substitute Bruno Guimaraes’ stunning long-range strike earned him a place alongside goalkeeper David Raya, who made a crucial penalty save, and defender Ezri Konsa.

Elsewhere, Hull City's Mohamed Belloumi and Brentford's Kevin Schade have also been named in the team following their doubles against Chelsea and AFC Bournemouth respectively.

Manchester City pair Marc Guehi and Elliot Anderson have also been included following their starring displays in their 1-0 victory over rivals Manchester United.
