Fatawu wins Adobe Express Creative Moment of the Month award

Abdul Fatawu’s double nutmeg in Ipswich Town’s match against Everton has been voted September’s Adobe Express Creative Moment of the Month.

The winger intercepted a loose pass and, with just two touches, flicked the ball through the legs of Vitalii Mykolenko then James Garner before attempting an audacious lob from inside his own half that Jordan Pickford pushed wide.

Fatawu almost replicated the goal he scored from inside his own half for Leicester City against Ipswich in December 2025, seven months before his switch between the clubs.

Fans and a panel of experts selected Fatawu’s moment ahead of a host of the most creative Premier League moments in September.

Fatawu is the seventh recipient of the Adobe Creative Moment of the Month award, which was launched in January 2026, and is the first Ipswich player to win a monthly Premier League prize since Jens Cajuste in March 2025.

Martin Zubimendi, Emiliano Buendia, Joao Pedro and Liam Delap were all contenders for September's award.

The winner will be randomly selected from the entries following the conclusion of the entry period. The competition closes on Monday 5 October, 12:00 BST.

The Prize Draw winner will be entitled to a signed Premier League shirt from a Club of their choosing, courtesy of Adobe Express. Entrants must be 18 or over. Failure to correctly tag Adobe or PL or use the correct competition hashtag will invalidate an entry.

The Premier League will contact the winner via their social accounts to ask for information necessary to fulfil the prize; this information will be passed to Adobe to process the prize.
