EFL Cup: Which Premier League clubs are through to the fourth round so far?

The EFL Cup third-round is under way, with the first set of midweek ties played and the remaining matches to be played next week.

There have been two all-Premier League encounters so far this round, with four more still to come. Liverpool's home match against Tottenham Hotspur the most high-profile tie.

The eight clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League were kept apart in the third-round draw for scheduling reasons.

UEFA competition fixtures cannot be rearranged, and with the EFL Cup taking place across two weeks in September that also have Champions League and Europa League games scheduled, additional conditions were made to ensure all clubs can fulfil their EFL Cup fixture in one of the two allocated weeks.

When is the fourth-round draw?

Palace, Sunderland, Bournemouth, Newcastle, Bradford, Chelsea and the clubs who win the remaining third-round ties will discover their next opponents on 16 September.

The draw for the fourth round will be made on that date, following the tie between Man Utd and Brighton, and will be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports.
